Samini, Kokoveli and Serwaa Amihere Celebrate Academic Milestones at GIMPA.

Two highly talented musicians from Ghana, Emmanuel Andrews Samini and Nathaniel Totimeh, also known as Kokovelli, along with the multiple award-winning news anchor and TV host Serwaa Amihere, have achieved a remarkable feat by successfully completing their studies at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

During their time at GIMPA, they showcased a commitment that went beyond their respective careers in music and television. They embraced higher education, aspiring to become well-rounded individuals capable of making a positive impact in their fields and society as a whole.

These three renowned personalities pursued their thirst for knowledge and each earned 2nd Class Upper Honours in BSc. Project Management and Bachelor of Law program from the Law Faculty. This achievement reflects their unwavering dedication to personal growth and academic excellence.

Aside from excelling academically, Samini demonstrated his leadership abilities by being elected and serving as the President of the Students Representative Council (SRC) of GIMPA during his final year. His capacity to inspire and lead fellow students showcased his charisma and poise, establishing him as not only a musical icon but also an influential figure in his community.

Now that they have successfully completed their academic journeys, both Samini and Kokovelli are prepared to embark on exciting new chapters in their careers. Samini aims to deliver more captivating hits for his adoring fans, while Kokovelli envisions integrating his newfound management expertise into music ventures, raising the bar for excellence in the industry. Their accomplishments serve as a testament to the power of perseverance and hard work, inspiring a generation of young Ghanaians to relentlessly pursue their dreams, both in the arts and education.

By embodying the idea that success in music can coexist with academic achievements, Samini and Kokovelli exemplify the essence of well-rounded artists who continually strive for growth and self-improvement. These two musical luminaries stand as beacons of hope and aspiration for aspiring artists, proving that with talent, determination, and a thirst for knowledge, anything is possible.

In addition, Amihere, who enrolled to study law at GIMPA in September 2020, has also achieved a significant milestone. She earned a second-class upper in the Bachelor of Law program last Friday, July 28, 2023. Having completed the first half of her journey to become a lawyer, she is now preparing to write the Ghana School of Law entrance examination on September 8, 2023.

Having won the Television Female Newscaster of the Year award three times at the Radio and Television Personality Awards, Amihere attended the Yaa Asantewaa Girl's SHS before obtaining a degree in Banking and Finance from the Methodist University College, Ghana.

As the curtain falls on their academic pursuits for now, we eagerly anticipate the melodies that Samini will weave, captivating hearts and souls, while Kokovelli's music projects promise to showcase the seamless integration of creativity and management expertise. And we extend our best wishes to Amihere for her Law entrance examination on September 8, 2023.
