Reverend Canon Dr Lawrence Nene Kofi Tetteh, founder of Worldwide Miracle Outreach, has been a prominent figure in the memory of late dancehall artist Ebony Reigns. He shared his encounter with Ebony before her death and dispelled claims of her wealth.
He revealed that Ebony was in the process of breaking through in her career and had plans to travel to Europe. Despite her financial struggles, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh helped secure a visa for her family to travel to Europe. He played a crucial role in organizing Ebony's funeral, addressing financial concerns and facilitating the event.
He also introduced Ebony's father, Opoku-Kwarteng, to political leaders. Despite the shock of Ebony's death, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh remains grateful for her salvation and the impact of faith on her life.
Ebony, whose real name was Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, passed away on February 8, 2018, along with two other people, after traveling from Sunyani to Accra to see her mother.
