Kelly Kwabena Kodieh was born in Dansoman (Greater Accra) to an Ashanti Mampong father and a Dekpor (Volta Region) mother. He attended his basic school in Accra and Volta Region and proceeded to Keta Senior Secondary School in Volta but completed at Accra Academy in Accra. He studied IT at NIIT and also studied at Multimedia Academy as an OAP (On Air Personality) and a DJ (Disk Jockey). 
MCee Flexal has worked with lots of brands in music, events, artistes and corporate institutions including Keeny Ice, Agbeshie, Chief One, Gabanki, Xupa, Tom D’Frick, Jah Phinga, JJ Gonami, Kush Elikem, Remy J, KD Bakes and other big names in the music industry both in and out of the Volta Region.
The Royal MC as many call him is an OAP, MC, Hypeman, Brand promoter, Social media influencer, event planner and also a consultant. He spent most of his life in Aflao in the Volta Region where he started radio professionally at Light FM, Denu for Two years and later joined Swiss FM in Ho where he currently works as host for entertainment and the Swiss Fast Drive Show.
Kelly also serves as PR to event hubs such as Mac D Epmire (VMA event company award winner) and West Empire Corporation (organizers of Godigbe Festival 2022).
He hosted dozens of events including Zylofon Activation Concert (Zylofon Media in Aflao), Volta Music Awards Nominees jams (Eventic GH in Akatsi), Volta Arts Buzz (Poly Creative Media in Ho), Sefa’s Concert (Poly Creative media in Ho), Mr & Mrs Woezor (HTU SRC in Ho), Hogbetsotso @60 Concert (SeeDem Empire/Aborigines Resort in Keta), Keta To The World Concert (Collinwud Media in Keta), 120 street Carnivals (Stevs promotion in Akatsi), Somafest (PIS Entertainment in Somanya), Rainbow Prime Concert (Rainbow Prime Enter10ment).
